Don’t Let Nothing Or Nobody Stop Your Praise or Your Prayer Life!

Don’t Let Nothing Or Nobody Stop Your Praise or Your Prayer Life!

Mark 10:46 And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging.

47 And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou son of David, have mercy on me.

48 And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried the more a great deal, Thou son of David, have mercy on me.

49 And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; he calleth thee.

50 And he, casting away his garment, rose, and came to Jesus.

51 And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight.

52 And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.

Sometimes we’re face with many circumstances and situations all designed by enemy to stop us from praising God and to hinder our prayer life. Blind Bartimaeus had many people charging him to keep quite. But he heard that Jesus was passing by ( Rom 10:17 Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God) he called out “Thou son of David, have mercy on me.” By calling Jesus the son of David, Blind Bartimaeus was saying, I know you are the Messiah the King of Kings. The more he cried out the more the people shhh him. The Bible said Blind Bartimaeus cried the more a great deal, “Thou son of David, have mercy on me.” I encouraged you the more you go through a troublesome situation the more you should call out to Jesus. Don’t let nothing stop your prayer life or your praise. Ps 71:14 But I will hope continually, and will yet praise thee more and more. If you noticed he came to Jesus no one took him and noticed he was not yet healed so Blind Bartimaeus was walking, how you may asked? 2 Cor 5:7 say For we walk by faith, not by sight.  Jesus then said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. When you call out to Jesus with the Prayer of Faith you will be made whole, so don’t stop praising Him and for sure don’t let nothing or nobody hinder your prayer life.
