Focus on the power of the Lord, not on the size of your problem. Do your remember God’s people winning the battle of Jericho with a praise. The walls of Jericho fell down flat with a SHOUT (Joshua 6). Archaeologists believe the wall was roughly 26 feet tall, and rather than focusing on the height and thickness, they marched in obedience, knowing God would be faithful to give them victory.
We should trust in God’s plans even when it doesn’t make sense. When God asked Abraham to sacrifice his only son Isaac, that didn’t make sense and when Jesus told Peter to go to the sea and the first fish you see reach in it’s mouth and there will be a coin to pay our taxes. Victory comes in obedience even when the instructions doesn’t make sense.
Follow God’s instructions every step of the way, obedience is where the blessing of God comes from. Prov 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and he shall direct thy paths.
